Move In/Move Out Clean: List

  • Clean and disinfect all hard surfaces

  • Sweep and mop the floors (furniture moved)

  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, sofas and chairs (furniture moved)

  • Internal window cleaning

  • Clean and polish all mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Clean lamps and ceiling fans

  • Check and change all light bulbs if provided

  • Wipe and clean entrance

  • Removal of superficial marks from walls

  • Dust/wipe skirting boards and door frames

  • Clean all doors

  • Disinfect all hand rails

  • Dust and polish all internal window ledges

  • Dust and polish mirrors, pictures, plants/pots and furniture

  • Wipe and disinfect all hard surfaces

  • Vacuuming and mopping all floors

  • Disinfecting lifts and lift doors

  • Disinfect all lights switches and plug sockets

  • Removal of litter and junk mail

  • Internal window cleaning, monthly or at agreed intervals

  • Disinfect, sweep and mop communual toilets

  • Disinfection after pet incidents
